Biography

Chien-Liang Chen received his Ph.D. in Department of Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 2009. From February 2010 to July 2019, he served at Aletheia University, first as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Tourism Information and later as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering. From August 2019 to January 2025, he was an Associate Professor in the Department of Innovative Living Design at Overseas Chinese University. From February 2025 to July 2025, he served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management at National Quemoy University. Since August 2025, he has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Pingtung University. His current research interests include Optimization Algorithms, Healthcare Internet of Things and Smart Manufacturing.
